Patrick is a life-long resident of Union County and has been building in the area for 19 years. Patrick is married to his bride of 22 years Angel, and they have 4 children and 2 granddaughters. Patrick's love of family is unmatched, and he hopes to help give you a place to grow your family in your new home.

Todd is one of the newest members of the Victory team, but he is not new to the world of construction. Todd was born in Rochester, New York and at 18 began working in landscaping. He took on the construction trades 26 years ago where he began doing framing , roofing, and interior trim. Todd has worked for companies such as Lennar Homes, Taylor Morrison and Vista Homes as a construction manager and is now working for Victory Builders of America.

Jeremy was born in Tucson, AZ where he lived for most of his childhood life. When he was about 12 years old his parents felt a call to go into the mission field in West Africa. Jeremy lived in West Africa until he was about 18 years old and then moved back to Mesa, AZ when he graduated high school.He met his wife Heidie shortly after. They were married in January of 2009, and since then have had 4 children together. Jeremy and Heidie longed to move to the east coast. When a job opportunity came about, they took a leap of faith, packed up their belongings and moved across the country with 4 children, 3 dogs, 5 puppies, a cat, and a pet rat. They arrived in Pageland in October 2021 where they lived in a camper for 4.5 months until they were able to settle where they live now in Lancaster, SC.

Conner spent 5 years serving our country in the United States Marine Corps before choosing to join us back in the civilian world. During his time in service his eye for detail, project management skills, and team management became great assets for him to use on Victory job sites. Conner has always had a love of using his hands and personal skillset to build things. He enjoys the challenge of problem solving and seeing a started project come to completion.

Jackson grew up around the building process and has spent many summers working alongside Patrick or project managers, learning the ins and outs of construction from the ground up. Now,he’s excited to take that hands-on experience and dive deeper into the business, gaining new skills and continuing the family tradition of hard work and craftsmanship. With a strong foundation already in place, he’s eager to grow in the industry and bring fresh energy to every project from beginning to end.

Angie has lived in Marshville for most of her married life. She has been married for 44 years to her "Blind Date” husband and Best Friend Rodney Edwards. Together they have a grown daughter, son and a bonus daughter, and 6 grandchildren. She loves to spend most of her spare time helping others and with family. Angie has always had a Desire for Design in her own home or someone else’s and when the opportunity came available, she jumped in with both feet. Angie loves working with such an incredible team and thanks God every day for the opportunity to assist our team members and clients.

Sandy is a jack of all trades and definitely a master at managing our home office. She is a native North Carolinian married to her "Cowboy" David, who you may see around our local hardware store, Carolina Hardware. Sandy has 2 sons, 1 bonus daughter, 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Her life outside of family is Victory Builders and Operation Save, a local non-profit ministry. Sandy is full of spunk and a small but mighty breast cancer survivor.

Ever since I was little I have loved to build, waking up early to play with Legos. In high school I was introduced to drafting and instantly fell in love with it! At Victory I work closely with Angie to bring all the design choices from the spec sheet to the building plans. Outside of school and work you will find me playing volleyball and hanging with my friends. I also enjoy trying new food! 

Jordan Love has been in the industry for over four years. He is proficient in all aspects of the field and is very personal and direct when it comes to client communication, however he is known for his superior communication between his clients and agents. Whatever your residential loan need is, Jordan is here to assist!
